Facilitate clinical oversight and case consultation for counselors and graduate students.

• Developed and implemented psychiatric services and medication assistance for City of Columbus employees in conjunction with the Medical Director and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Comp Drug
• Trained mental health member of the Columbus Public Health Emergency Response Team
• Provide stress management and self care training to 911 call takers
• Develop and facilitate the Columbus First Responder Recovery Support Group

• Facilitate psycho educational groups and lectures on alcohol and other drug behaviors and their ramifications, wellness and recovery, self-care, relaxation techniques and stress management
• Evaluate and diagnose adults to determine the nature and extent of alcohol and drug use and evaluate for mental health and emotional disorders and treatment plan and make referrals as needed
• Supervise and direct graduate student interns from the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University
• Coordinate first year medical student program to help students enhance their clinical skills and interview techniques
• Implement therapeutic interventions that are solution oriented and refer to outside agencies and practitioners as needed on an individual basis

• Lead groups that promote learning coping skills, self-care, relapse prevention, stress and conflict management, drug and alcohol and mental health issue
