Provided administrative, clerical and overall support to the Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps. to streamline process and increase efficiency. This position has been eliminated resulting in my quest to find employment.

• Utilized Salesforce to assist Sales Team on how to navigate the CRM, create new customers and reactivate accounts
• Received calls from our hotline for Crane Rentals in the Southeast, verified lead information, requested scope of project, assigned lead to Sales Rep Ran reports on lead stats once a week for conversion ratios
• Ran project reports using filters on Construct Connect & Industrial Information Resources (IIR) for projects in each region over a certain threshold. Sent report to RSMD's to let me know which projects he wanted built in Salesforce and who to assign the project too
• Weekly calls to Sales Reps for updates on Crane rental start dates, to ensure we have up to date information
• Review existing customer Hierarchy(parent/child customer relationships) and make any necessary changes to the hierarchy

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Contact customers via email or phone regarding to request payment status
• Take action if necessary by outsourcing to collection agency or initiate a lean against project.
• Update account notes in Salesforce
• Generate weekly past due status report, send to Branch Managers & Sales Reps for weekly meeting to go over aging accounts

Office Assistant - Jake Robinson fell ill and asked if I could assist with his daily tasks. He was an attorney and property owner, that has since passed away. I worked for Jake for 7 years doing everything from Filing paperwork at the Courthouse, taking him to doctor appointments, keeping track of his medicines and Miscellaneous odds and ends.
