• I've learned how to diagnose and fix issues when the line mechanic was unavailable.
  I have also been involved with numerous rework projects such as ,During times when the 997 line finishes early , shutdown for quality reasons , or safety reasons .
  I offered the opportunity to move onto mid-z zone 4 to help with production or assisting where is needed
• During production we had a bad batch of brakes online and as they came down the line the auditor checked them and i had to change 5 up and 5 back
• When our mechanic out for a month due to surgery ,we had two of the same wheel motor on a unit .I've changed it and keep production moving
• On 997 I've striped down several units to the frame due to bad welds.I've helped replace several hydraulic pumps and changed hydraulic tanks that had a bad gauge, sensor or a crack in the tank
• Substituted for team leaders during absence ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals were followed and met
• Worked with Mechanical Engineer on OMS work instructions to improve accuracy and comprehension

• On Maverick I also reworked some robs that didn't allow the customer to smoothly open, close and secure the rob in place .
