Customer service is a very important asset when working with the public. Your friendliness and knowledge of the product or service of the company is important. Prior to the 19 years of my current position, I worked in retail. While in retail I worked as the Head of the children’s department at Forman Mills, I worked at Food King grocery store as a cashier and customer service assistant, and at Kmart as a cashier and a keyholder. My career goals are to graduate from college in August 2026 and continue to pursue new career change in the field of Human Resource Management.
