I am tasked with some difficult challenges in this role, as the properties I am currently overseeing are in unique positions. The overall vision for these properties has shifted multiple times due to ownership changes, however I have still been able to lead both teams to success! I oversee all hotel operations for both an IHG branded property, as well as a Choice property. I had the opportunity to attend the Choice Convention 2025 and gained some valuable insight into the Choice brand, which I have the least amount of experience with. I have currently finished training a permanent GM for one property, and am in the process of training one for the second property.
