My job as a Team leader is to make my team be as successful as possible while maintaining a positive and safe work environment. Achieve and exceed tasks i have along the way while maintaining minimum downtown to reach our production target everyday. Skill each team member(Team Member Development)to better themselves and to also grow in the company. Audit team members on Standardized work and fundamental skills for each station to achieve perfect quality and to make sure a standard is being followed. Submit Kaizens to improve line quality and productivity by finding small issues we may have during production and improving them to have a better smoother running production line.

Inspected bottles for any imperfections and discarded them if necessary. Always maintained Safety first then Quality. Demonstrated a very strong work ethic and was always on time.

Assisted customers with getting the right parts for their vehicle, atv, or motorcycle as well as got familiar with all kinds of automotive parts and accessories. Worked the lathe machine for the rotor and drums and also built hydraulic hoses from scratch by finding the right hose, cutting to desired length, getting the exact fitting and pressing(installing) it on each end of the hose.
