Summary

Twenty four years of law enforcement experience with sixteen of those years working in SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics). The culmination of these years in SWAT were spent in the roles of Assistant Team Leader and Sergeant Team Leader. During this time in SWAT, I responded to over 1500 operations. These operations consisted of Search Warrants, Barricaded Suspect Apprehension, Hostage Rescue, Undercover Narcotic Operations Over Watch, and Dignitary Protection. After retiring from law enforcement in February of 2022, I was led into the arena of public speaking and consulting, forming the company Myarenallc. The focus is on helping first responders with mental health wellness and agency response to critical incidents. We also offer consulting services for special operations tactics and patrol based tactics.
