In the production lead role I am a hands-on supervisor who coordinates daily manufacturing activities. I manage workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, train team members, and ensure the team meets its daily or weekly production goals and quotas.
Overseas and executes formulation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, and providing guidance to operators and assistants. We are responsible for accurately following production documentation, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, training others, and potentially assisting with equipment qualification and maintenance.
Normal duties entail step-up and production of lines in inspection area, while ensuring operators stayed focused and do things right the first time according to their SOPs. PEPS and SAP used as part of daily functions, also capable to print new batch records with MBR and prepare tickets for lines. Normal practice is to oversee 3-10 other collages and maintain order and effectiveness in getting schedule done without any impact to quality or safety.
Working in plant seven tablet packaging this job entails many tasks and duties. Primary roles as line leader were changeover and setup of all equipment on your line and keep the line running production as much as possible. Line leaders were also responsible to keep track of breaks and rotate them effectively to ensure all employees got a break without stopping the line. Training of all employees on your line was another part of your role which was primarily 4-5 other colleges. Use of PEPS daily and monthly safety checks and safety meetings.
