I have worked in multiple professions, and don't regret it at all. I have learned so much over the last 20+ years. I take my profession very seriously and strive to reach the top in anything I do.
I assist the operator with machine operation and set up procedures.
I was responsible for uploading/exporting programs from the network, to the machine. While checking excel documents to determine the correct customer/job, the correct material to use, and the correct tooling required. After the product was produced, I accessed blue prints from various programs, to make sure the product was formed/processed correctly. I also reported any problems/errors from the programs and blue prints to management with specific error times or use.
I started at this company in the graphics department. I used multiple programs such as Corel Draw, Adobe photoshop, and Adobe acrobat. I moved up to sales, and started at the front desk. There I learned programs such as
quickbooks, and scheduling. I learned great customer service skills, and moved up to outside sales, where I learned great phone customer service. I gained a great clientele there.
