Coaching is mainly done through weekly shared videos, texts, and phone calls. A shared website with a riders proposed future sessions is also available.

1-on-1, small group, and clinic-style training, as well as sideline coaching at national and international events for riders seeking the most guidance to navigate race day for optimum results.

Working at the Marysville, Ohio, BMX track on a weekly basis in clinic settings catering to all levels of riders.

  • Representing SE Racing from 1997 to 1999, living in San Diego, I raced on the ABA and NBL Pro circuit. Over the first two summers, I traveled to various tracks to conduct clinics with other team members, providing riders with better ways to get around the track..
  • Representing Schwinn Cycling & Fitness from 2000 to 2002 and moved to Lexington, Ohio, I started doing one-on-one training in Norwalk and Akron. I also raced internationally, traveling to Canada and Japan, as well as the ABA, NBL, X Games downhill, and Vans Triple Crown races.
  • Representing Clayborn Bicyles in 2003, living in Lexington Ohio, racing NBL and X-games downhill, I used my coaching experience to work with team members throughout the season.
  • Representing Diamondback Bicylces in 2004-2005 racing in the NBL series, UCI downhill series and UCI worldcups & world championship. I coached at my own downhill track.
