Motor Sergeant, Fort Eustis, VA, 2019, Current, Served as a Motor Sergeant in a Seaport Operations Company. I was responsible for the overall health, welfare, training and discipline of over nine noncommissioned officers and 23 enlisted soldiers. I was primarily responsible for enforcing maintenance operations standards on over 221 pieces of reportable equipment, USR, ESR and new equipment integration. Also, I managed critical TMDE, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, direct support level troubleshooting and repairs. Additionally, I advised the maintenance control section on class III and class IX item; advised the maintenance control team and command of any updates needed. I was responsible for the accountability and serviceability of tools, support equipment and facilities valued in excess of $10 million. Some of the systems I have training in is the Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army); The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP).
