Summary

My name is Travis Woods. I have been in civil dirt projects sense 2010.

I started in the oil field building and maintained oil rig pads / frac ponds / and access roads.

Later on in my career I moved up to a finish motor grader operator and took pride in my work.

Then was offered the opportunity to be a forman which was new and challenging but I pushed my crews and we completed each job task put before us in an efficient and timely manner. I managed my crew doing paper work and keeping up with each individual's time letting my supervisor know time frames and of any changes or needs for each job.

I moved on as supervisor/ superintendent later on for a few years. I Met new challenges as i began planning and coordinating work with our crews , clients , subcontractors and vendors . I learned about planning , specifications , cost codes and meeting deadlines the most efficient and cost effective way possible.

I have been evolved in highway grading projects / refinery sub grade and sub structure projects / underground utility exposure ,installation and backfilling / trenching / material processing with with densities and moisture testing for compaction test / mass excavations and reclamation projects / finish grading for solar panel farms / installation of under and above ground utilities for nuclear waste facility's / new construction projects for BNSF railway's for new tracks , crossings and fueling depot .
