Communicate via VHF radio to moored boats for pickups and dropoffs at mooring as well as other launch driver to coordinate who is picking up what boat.
Maintain and inspect launch at the beginning of every shift per US Coast Guard requirements for an inspected launch.
Assist yacht club boats with engine troubles/Hip Tow them back to their mooring or yacht club dock.
In addition to driving the launches i also help maintain club moorings using the club owned work skiff.
In addition to operating the yacht club launches i also help boats on and of the yacht club dock.
Follow safe driving practices to minimize risks during transport operations.
Completed routine pre- and post-trip inspections to evaluate the vessel and assess maintenance needs.

Senn Construction

Ever since i was little probably around the age of 6 or 8 i have been helping my grandfather with our family busines; over the years i have done concrete work, patios, trenches for piping, foundations for houses, walkways, pads for trailers in trailer parks and snowplowing in the winter and much more.
operation of heavy machinery such as a backhoe and a ditch witch which we use for a variety of things consisting of pipe pulling and excavations of dirt and other materials.
knowing how to manage and carry out plans for constructing something wether that be a a concrete pad, walkway, or even a large deck.
communication on the job site and communicating with other workers to keep track of what i am doing and what the other workers are doing so we can all work in unison to get the job done.
Brought materials and tools from trucks and storage facilities to work site locations and organized for expected needs.

DATOP Irrigation Specialists

This is also another family owned buissnes owned by my uncles and i have helped them with different projects over the years.
during the summer months in past years before i started launch driver i would frequently find my self helping them out with different misc things such as the following:
Led troubleshooting efforts for malfunctioning systems, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
Ensured optimal system performance through regular inspections, adjustments, and repairs of irrigation components.
Fixed broken heads and replaced them as necessary and also fixed broken pipe and replaced as necessary and i also did installs with the install crew periodically.
NOTE: Not getting paid just helping out the family buissnes.

Senn Marina

01.2015 - Current

In addition to the other family buissnes i also help/run the family owned marina; i put boats in slips and manage payments, fix broken cleats,boards, pins, floats and everything else in between that goes with a marina, me and my grandfather maintain it and give it proper care when things break.

Managed financial aspects of the marina operations such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, collections, and expense tracking.
Implemented an effective maintenance schedule for timely repairs and upkeep of docks, piers, boats, and other marina assets.
