-Demo for shutdown prep which included removal of structural I-beams, c channel, bolt up pipes, fire lines, etc. using a crane and bullrigging.

-rig, fly out and replace condensers.

-Fly in a man basket on a crane to replace 60" and 48" ductwork at 150' elevation.

-Work safely around hexane gas, record 02 levels.

• Shutdown at Subaru of Indiana Automative.
• Replaced defective parts of presses, feed arms, and washer conveyers and adjusted clearances and alignment of moving parts. We used induction heaters and ice when needed.
• Used hoisting and rigging equipment to move heavy machinery and equipment.
• Adeptly utilized a range of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure accurate workmanship in all tasks.

-Building natural gas plants for Waste management. Lewsiville, Tx, Morrisville, PA.

-Responsible for setting all equipment, vessels, bolt up pipe and steel. Including but not limited to lay out, shooting elevation, installation, connecting, bolt up, rattling.

-Help build an Ensure plant for Abbot Industries in Tipp City, Ohio as a rigger. I was responsible for rigging for crane and bull rigging, bolt up pipe, and fabricating/installing pipe supports.

-Fabricating and installing conveyers and sorter for UPS and Fedex

-read prints, laid out, cut, welded conveyers, pulled and installed all belts.

-built and aligned automated sorters, pneumatic gates, and cleated conveyers

-Fabricated and installed safety guards and barriers per customers request that met their insurance providers required specifications.

• Examined parts for defects such as breakage or excessive wear
• Analyzed blueprints, manufacturer instructions and worked alongside German technicians to take apart and reassemble machinery for maintenance and component replacements needed to make different desired products products.
