Notable for enhancing team performance, fostering sportsmanship and maintaining professional discipline on and off the field. Demonstrated impact through consistent contribution to team success and individual performance excellence. Hardworking professional baseball player that is ready to switch from being a player to a coach. A leader that will lead by example for his players. Might be very young to be a pitching coach but the skills and experiences that I have show what to do and not to do when being a pitching coach.

Work History

Professional Baseball Player

New York Yankees
New York
07.2023 - Current
  • Collaborated with our coaching staff to develop game strategies and player skills to get the best results for upcoming games.
  • Participated in daily practice sessions to enhance our team success and individual success through bullpen sessions and work outside of the field looking through video of the team we were facing that week.
  • Analyzed opponent strengths and weaknesses through watching hours of video and coming up with the best plan of attack.
  • Maintained physical fitness through workout programs that my strength coach and I came up with to get the most out of my body by analyzing where I needed to increase muscle or stabilization to be able to gain velocity on the mound during the game.
  • Executed plays during the game that used quick decision making skills.
  • Engaged with fans outside of the field through community based programs where we would go out to various places and met the fans that supported the team. As well as visited various hospitals or cancer centers and visited with the patients there to get there mind off of what was going on in their lives.
  • Reviewed game footage of previous outings to inspect what went wrong and right. These would allow myself to break down mechanics and see what I needed to work on.
  • Motivated teammates through conversation about how their outing would go or at bat would go.
  • Maintained physical conditioning through exercises that would happen on the field to keep stamina for the next outing.
  • Would talk to teammates about the other team and provide insight of what I saw during my outing to give them the best opportunity for success.

  • Started giving pitching lessons when I was 16 years old at my home town batting cages.
  • I would analyze the mechanics and pitch shapes of the clients that would come.
  • Created my own drills that would help teach my clients to have better mechanics coming down the mound.
  • Used video review to show clients what they were doing wrong had a variety of drills that would help them in the future to fix what they were doing wrong.
  • Was hired as a pitching coach of a summer team when I was 18 years old for my home town summer ball team.
  • During off seasons in pro ball would work at D-Bat in my hometown doing pitching lessons with a wide range of ages. Would have to use different terminology’s with the different age groups to ensure that they understood what I was talking about with either their mechanics or pitch shapes.
  • Implemented safety protocols for the players that I was teaching to ensure good arm health for their future.

College Student Athlete

  • Was brought into the program by Coach Canham to not just be a leader on the pitching staff but of the overall team. Younger players were taken under my wing to show how baseball was supposed to be played but as well as how you should act off the field and in the community of Corvallis.
  • Took extra time off the field to gain knowledge of opponents as well as coaching strategies from both Rich Dorman and Mitch Canham.
  • As a student I succeeded in the classroom earning a degree in Sociology. I would use my extra time in the day to engage in study sessions for my classes so that I would get the most out of my classes.
  • In class I would stay behind after class to gain more knowledge from the professor if I knew that we were going to be on the road for the next week.
  • Leading up to my enrollment I took summer classes to ensure that I would graduate the year that I was at Oregon State because of the credits that I had lost during my transfer.
  • I would participate in camps that were being run at Oregon State during my time there to help the next generation of baseball players get to the next level.
