- Responsibilities involve maintaining the Puget Information Grid (PIG) transport network across 5 different bases (Bangor, Bremerton, Whidbey Island, NAVMAG, and Everett) within the Pacific Northwest while also being responsible for Comply-to-Connect (C2C).
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Consist of equipment life cycle replacements across the region by configuring and deploying devices out in the field. Verifying the overall system health of the Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), Forescout, and PIG network. Troubleshooting any issues that may arise on the network or its appliances.
- Other Duties: Performing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans whenever requested by leadership. Verifying Fiber Optic paths and building PowerShell scripts whenever possible to maximize department efficiency.

Network Operations Control Center Technician

- Responsibilities involved being the first line of support for high level Direct Internet Access (DIA) circuits, while also monitoring the network alarms for backbone links on the C Spire network that spanned the entirety of Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. - Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Consisted of monitoring network alarms for the Internet Service Provider Network, troubleshooting Layer 1-3 issues with DIA customers, and being responsible for operating the conference bridges whenever major network outages would occur.
