Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance involving Andover Continuum, electronic controllers, fan motors, and various refrigeration systems.

• Monitor and control building automation systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on air handling systems and VAV's, including filter changes, belt changes, fan motor swaps, and troubleshooting electronic controllers.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Ensuring outside vendors are on-site at appropriate times and overseeing to make sure jobs are done safely.
