Hobbies

Outside of my work life maintaining aircraft, I love to spend my time outdoors. I have a huge passion for being outside in my free time, whether that be riding bikes, washing my car, fishing, playing sports and many more activities . I actively go to the gym, minimum six days a week, and you can find me at just about every car show in the local area. I enjoy watching sports with friends and playing them even more. I was a soccer player for many years before I went over to football which drove me through my high school years. Although, as much as I love being active outdoors, I have always had a passion for video games and computer work. I grew up playing racing games and endless amounts of military games. I have always had a huge respect for military service members, and it's been an honor to have the privilege of wearing the same uniform that thousands have worn before me.  Both of my Grandpa's served in both Army and Navy, and many before them as well. They both encouraged me to follow my dream of enlisting which led me to the Air Force, which I'm sure my family saw coming, due to my love for jets. I went from flying toy planes around my house as a child, to turning wrenches on real ones. Now, I have been happily working on jets for coming close to five years and it has been quite the experience. It has sharpened my discipline, improved my problem solving skills, and most of all, given me an opportunity that other Air Force Crew Chiefs are jealous of, working on A-10's. I have now worked for Allegiant Airlines just over a year, working on AIRBUS 319/320's. Working on them has taught me much more about aircraft maintenance and problem solving skills. I am a great hands on worker and love to learn new tasks.
