  • As a Caps 1 team member I show up every day and get a track of whats on the to do list for the day, after it is all about working with your team to see who will deal with what sections of work and all getting it done in a timely fashion. I work really hard day in and day out to get all the sections done in the amount of time we are given, examples are working all the new freight that comes in on the night trucks and getting it done before lunch. After lunch it is all about going into the sections we have worked and pulling the freight that was already back there in bins and working to the floor for the customers. Some accomplishments that i have while working there include: Complete knowledge of where items are located for a fast and friendly experience for the customers, Knowledge of the devices we have to use to keep and accurate count of over 10000 items in the store, customer service with a smile no matter the circumstance. overall the experience working for Walmart has taught me patience and people skills needed to advance every day relationships.
