• Manage projects from start to finish, starting with initial bid invite all the way to accompanying fire marshal with final inspection
• Estimate sales of tenant improvement projects and remodels all over the metro.

- Designed and hydraulically calculated fire sprinkler systems of multiple varieties to be within local and state building & fire codes.

- Conducted field surveys and fire hydrant flow tests to accompany system layouts.

• Install, maintain, and service fire sprinkler systems.
• Read and interpreted blueprints and schematics to determine locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
