• My responsibilities as warehouse stocker at Nemain Marcus was stocking merchandise in locations so order fill can pick and pack them; After clocking in Stocking department will meet for a daily meeting; our managers will inform us on the workload and sometimes safety topics. When the daily meeting is over the stockers will grab a rf scanner and approach carts with merchandises on them that need to be stocked in certain locations in the warehouse. Those locations can sometimes be on different floors. When grabbing a cart we scan the cart ID number to get the merchandise locations. When the cart is completed we would then return the cart and grab another.

My responsibilities as a support staff member at Nemain Marcus was building carts to be stock and helping our stockers put away merchandise. When our daily meeting is over i had to my designated station where i begin building carts from pallets that our lift driver brings us. Each box on the pallet has a ilpn that needs to be scanned onto the cart id number so our stockers can finish stocking them. I also in charge of fixing pallets that came off the truck with certain problems most of the time pallets have condition codes that need to be removed, and to remove them you need to access a laptop scan the ilpn and remove those codes.

My responsibilities as a Team lead were assisting my supervisors with problems around the department. When the daily meeting is over i grab a laptop and process a report that sees if all the orders from the previous three days have been picked and packed out if not it was my job to complete the rest of the orders that had not been packed out yet. With the report complete; my main responsibilities was walking around the warehouse checking on employees with problems and just making sure the floor is good and the operation is running.

As a order filler at saddle creek logistics it was my responsibilities to accept orders that came into my rf scanner. When a order request would come onto my rf scanner; It was my job that it gets to its packing destination. When the order is accepted it shows locations in the warehouse that need to be picked and packed. Order fillers grab a moveable cart and walk around the warehouse following the destinations the rf scanner wants you to go. When you get to one of the destinations on the rf scanner its the order fillers job to scan the location, scan the item, and put the item in there cart. When the order request is complete it was my job to give my cart to one of the packers so it can be packed out.

As a Front House Team Member of Yum! Brands Inc. it was my job to make sure customers were greeted with smilies and respect when entering the store. They approach the kiosk I take down there order on my computer screen with specific accommodations to there order. When there order request is complete I process there payment with either cash or card. I also was tasked with maintaining the cleanness of the dinning room area; That included wiping down tables with a sainitize bucket and moping the dinning room area. The dinning room area also included keeping the bathrooms trash empty, toilets wiped down and sanitize, and sinks cleaned and sanitized as well.

As a crew trainer at Yum! Brands Inc. It was my responsibilities to make new hires feel welcome when starting there first few days. When a new hire was about to start my manager will inform me on there arrival; and what they wanted me to show them. A majority of time new hires start in the front house so for the first half of there shift; I will show them the steps to the kiosk and where everything is on it, introduce them to the sanitize bucket and proper instructions on how to use it, and when to change it. I also stay with them a majority of time while they take customer orders. If the employee seems to be doing adequate in the front of house positions ill leave them on there and force upon them to "Ask Questions." I also teach them how to take orders in the drive thru as well since they were pretty much very similar.

As a food handler for Yum! Brands Inc. is was my responsibility to ensure customer orders were made correctly and safely to ensure that we take allergies into consideration when handling there food. It was also my responsibility to ensure my food preparation station was clean and sanitized; I was also in charge of closing the line before my shift ended. Which included taking apart the food handling line, completely wiping it down , and putting pots and pans in our dishwasher area.
