Appointed to serve a two year term on a 12 member panel for the citizens of Rockwall County Appraisal District during the Ad Valorem appraisal review board hearings for people disputing their market values on real estate property taxes. Under this position I strive to gain public trust and understanding by possessing a positive demeanor, willingness to listen, and remain calm under heated situations all while maintaining professionalism. Sometimes served as Chairman with two panel members in board rooms during protest hearings.

Appraised residential properties for Ad Valorem tax purposes in Frisco, Prosper, Plano, and Melissa ISDs. Inspected properties for its condition, additions, or improvements added/demolished. Actively, interacted with property owners and tax representatives to discuss Market Values. Settled and negotiated values during ARB both formally and informally. Dependable with excellent customer service skills. Worked well with team members.

Appraised residential properties within Dallas County, assigned territory were Highland Park ISD, and surrounding Dallas ISD areas. Inspected, measured, and verified improvements. Interacted with property owners, tax reps, and Appraisal Review Board panels.
