I helped build and maintain a 4-H club based in Lafayette, serving the area of Boulder County. Some of the tasks include: recruitment, planning meetings and events, teaching youth, community service projects, managing accounts and chartering for a nonprofit.

I created this business and have operated it and maintained it myself, handling every aspect of the business, including, but not limited to:

Taking care of livestock, training horses, teaching lessons to people of all ages, hosting day and week long horse camps, hosting birthday parties, teaching scout troops, hosting senior group and school visits, therapeutic instruction to special needs individuals and groups, marketing, community outreach, and facilities operations and maintenance.

I managed the front end of the school, and assisted in routing visitors, students, parents, therapists, etc. to the correct place in the school. Took the majority of incoming calls. I had the school van and drove students to and from the Lafayette area to and from school daily. Helped fill in wherever needed, whether it was to help a teacher with classes and field trips. I also brought the students to my home business and taught Equine Leadership and Empowerment class.

I managed and took clients out and about into the community for recreation and to attend events.

• Welcomed guests to casino property, directed each to check-in desk and offered to be of further assistance, delivering positive experiences in every interaction.
• Remained composed and calm even when situations were stressful or had escalated in order to effectively contribute to security needs.
• Observed people and needed to be always paying attention to all surroundings.

• Processed debtor payments and updated accounts to reflect new balance.
• Provided excellent customer service while resolving disputes, addressing concerns, and finding win-win solutions for both parties involved.
