  • Answer incoming calls for order entry. Manage accounts' orders by reviewing order reservations, order detail and checking tracking.
  • Enter bulk orders for wholesale accounts as well as for the E/Commerce department. Enter influencer orders for the Marketing department.

  • Update the inventory feed for drop ship accounts by adding or removing styles specified by the salesmen.
  • Retrieve voice mails from the Stacy Adams customer service line and make call backs.
  • Opened up new accounts.

Supervisory experience working as a Cashier Supervisor at Kmart around 1994-1996. I was originally hired as a cashier and was promoted to Cashier Supervisor. In this position, I replenished checkout registers with printer paper and change. I managed cashiers' breaks and lunches to maintain a steady flow of service to customers. I also verified accuracy of cashier drawers by checking receipt tapes, cash and checks after the evening shift.
