Driven and organized, I leveraged my internship at UCAN Chicago to deepen my understanding of legal terminology. At Community Programs Accelerator, I boosted brand visibility through strategic social media management and targeted audience research, showcasing my promptness and attention to detail. As a holiday sales associate at Ulta, I successfully promoted customer loyalty, satisfaction, and purchases with consultative techniques and diligent attention to individual needs. This role enabled me to gain expertise in product merchandising, sales support, payment processing, and cleaning, and, most importantly, it refined my customer service skills. As an event coordinator for First-Gen Working-Class students (I am a First-Gen Working-Class student myself), I collaborated with the other coordinator on event planning, working together to ensure the successful execution and engagement within our joint position. My overall experience has taught me how to engage with diverse backgrounds, build community, enhance my professionalism and organizational skills, and learn how to advocate for the people and communities I serve. In this position, I also designed event flyers and managed social media engagement.
