- Supervising around 45 children each day with only one other coworker five days a week, with that coworker also being my boss.
- Serving and preparing snacks for children by sorting them in different categories and days depending on expiration date, as well as sanitizing food environments.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors each day of working.
- Implemented educational yet fun activities such as nature-seeking games and physical games to encourage courage and ambition.
- Relationship-building with parents as well as all of the kids.
- Picking up kids from one of the schools with the bus driver with no other staff, whilst having to maintain behavior according to what the school demanded and what I felt was right.
