- Throughout my work days with aurora I assemble patient and mobile meal trays/meals in accordance with approved diet guidelines and portions while adhering to productivity standards. I also load and transport food carts, deliver patient meal trays to patient rooms in accordance with established procedures. I perform cleaning duties using sanitation procedures in the kitchen and cafeteria. I also assist with preparation, delivery, setup, cleanup and presentation of catered and specialized events. In addition to those job duties I also assist with "special days/promotions", including decorating.
