-Delivering fast and friendly service while running a 30 seat bar, service drink tickets, and 6 table high tops in a high volume bar environment during game days and peak hours.

-Preparing and serving ranges of cocktails, beer, and wine

-Building strong guests relationships

-Managing multiple drink/food orders in a fast paced environment

On the bar management side my job includes

-making the schedules

-doing liquor, beer and wine orders 3x per week

-staying in contact with beer and liquor reps about upcoming orders or new product

-running inventory once a week
