I am a young adult looking for a low-paying job while I study prerequisites at NWTC. I can start practically as soon as possible and I can work as many hours wanted for now, by September this will change.
The biggest problem about me is that I have epilepsy and employers are often scared of being sued, this is why I work at ADRC, they handle people with disabilities. If needed, I will sign a waiver not to sue in case I have a seizure during my work hours.
I am great with people and I don't mind working with difficult customers. I am very smart but have low processing due to my epilepsy. I also have vertigo about once a day depending on the situation I am put in, this problem sounds worse than it is, I just get a bit dizzy and have to sit down for about 10 minutes.
I have a lot of issues but also have a lot of people skills and I am great with computers, I don't mind difficult jobs, I can work long hours if needed, I am very honest, I have also never committed a crime of any type, and have parents who are very successful with their jobs so I was raised well, the only issue with me is my disability.
Outgoing and friendly Barista with excellent interpersonal communication strengths. Solid experience processing payments, handling food, and meeting customer demand with diligent and well-organized mentality Certified in safe food handling.
I do a variety of different things around the cafe (Grounded Cafe) which is part of ADRC. I do dishes, make coffee, make food, and keep the cafe clean. This job is an internship, I am not payed, I work for experience with baking, cooking, cleaning, and roasting coffee beans.
