• Cleared and cleaned tables quickly and efficiently as possible, paying close attention to the smallest details, making sure there are no crumbs left on the tables, seats, and booths.
• I sweep when I see there's trash on the floor, making sure the restaurant is looking as clean as possible.
• I make sure every highchair is cleaned after every use.
• I pre-bus as much as possible, so it can make it easier and quicker to clean when the guests eventually leave, and it also helps the server provide more of a service. And it keeps the guests' table looking cleaner.
• I am always looking around and scouting for any plates I can get out of the guests' way.
• As a busser, I try to assist and help the servers as much as possible. When I see them carrying dishes, I give them a hand, take their plates, and bring them to the back to get them cleaned up.
• When a guest has a concern, I try to help them as much as possible, and if I can't, I'll make sure to let their server know so they can resolve it.
• I help carry any heavy loads.
• As a busser, when I see things are slow, I keep myself occupied and do side work.
• I turn on the outdoor heaters when asked to do so.
• When I clean one table and have space on my tray, I head my way to another table to avoid wasting time
• I reset tables in an orderly fashion.
• I help keep the bar clean when I get the chance to.
• At the end of my shift, I make sure to do all my closing tasks, such as turning off all of the propane tanks, dumping out the sanitizing water bucket, sweeping the dining area and outside patio, cleaning mirrors, folding towels for the next day, and taking trays to the dishwasher to get cleaned.

• Making sure all glasses were polished to perfection.
• Doing napkin folds.
• Polishing utensils.
• Putting utensils in cloth napkins.
• Refilling glasses, bottles, with water.
• Restocking cup glasses.

• I ensure that each dish goes to the right table and seat in a very quick, timely manner.
• As I approach the guests' table, I greet them, and then I call out the name of the plate and warn them if the plate is really hot.
• I put all the garnishes on the food, making sure the food is exactly as it is described.
• Refill mini glass cups with sauces, pico, and cheese.
• As soon as I deliver the food, I make sure to head back to the kitchen.
• If the guests ask for anything else, I make sure to bring them exactly what they ask for.

I was responsible for speaking to customers and taking their orders through the phone and in person. I made sure they received their exact order and that it was to their liking. As well as cleaning all the trash, tables, utensils, and the floor. This job helped me speak to people in a kind manner and also helped me to always be working at a fast pace.

I helped carry the materials and tools.
