Tristen Bizzaro

I am a recent computer science graduate from Cal Poly Pomona driven by a passion for programming in front-end development, UI design, information security, and software development / engineering. I happen to currently be employed part-time at 7 Leaves Cafe and have been working there since my 3rd year of college. Through this job I have learned the importance of communication, hard work, and the responsibilities that come being depended on by all members of our team. During this time, I have also devoted myself to honing on all my skills I have developed through my college career, including getting certified for various programming languages and enhancing my problem solving skills through coding exercises. I am eager to work in the tech industry and am looking for a position to gain work experience, make connections, and improve on my skills as a programmer and problem solver. I appreciate a work environment that allows me to be able to express myself creatively in my projects, as well as challenge myself in order to have all my abilities put on display.

CPP Fori - React Web Application / Senior Project

• Designed a user-friendly university class scheduler using ReactJS, creating a user friendly design and increased student satisfaction when scheduling their upcoming courses. Developed the frontend for the website application for the user interface of the scheduler to allow students to visualize a possible class schedule in a calendar and provide professor and class difficulty ratings

One Stop Stock - Django Web Application

• Created the initial codebase for the django application and designed the user interface. Solely responsible for the frontend of the web app, while helping add backend features and fixing/cleaning both front and backend code

Windows Notepad - Java Notepad

• Built a fully function notepad in java, imitating the standard notepad included on Windows OS computers. Created as a final project for GUI Design and Programming course at Cal Polytechnic University, Pomona
