  • Able to operate work vehicles, pumps, pressure washer, trailers, hand tools, heavy machinery, cranes.
  • Know how to communicate with customers, coworkers, managers, and the public.
  • How to function in an emergency response setting, knowing when something could go wrong and how you could help or resolve the issue.
  • To fill out proper and neat forms, reports, pictures and any evidence needed for the objective at task.
  • Having to work in hot and wet conditions, some places are confined and difficult to work in, with experience these challenges will subside.

Intergrated Power Services
  • Have the ability to work a crane, high voltage machinery, meggers, multimeter, lathe, large ovens, control panels, large heavy machinery.
  • Must have the ability to lift heavy objects and work long hours with minimum breaks.
  • The ability to be a leader and help others, even when you are in the middle of a job, always helps.
  • With wind you must have the ability to draw connections and recognize the different connections when a motor comes in.
  • Must be able to operate air pressure tools, saws, torch, brazing, cutting.

Whilhite Electric
  • I had to learn from my journeyman how to work under him to gain knowledge of how to work with live electricity.
  • Be able to read a meter and work on a bucket truck.
  • Go through school to learn how to work with electricity.
  • Use hand tools and heavy equipment.
  • Due to how big jobs where I was on call on some days.
  • Had to be able to carry over fifty pounds and work in hot conditions.

Caddo Parish Sheriff Office
  • Must be able to communicate with the public and de-escalate any hazardous situations.
  • Be able to wear proper PPE and has to be able to handle heavy weight of equipment.
  • He has to be able to report, write, document everything that happened, stand by the law and be honest.
  • If the public needs help, you are there to assist.
  • Needs to have an protective but caring mentality.
  • Always be honest and truthful to all the work you do.
