My number one priority at TPG is to compleat all job task safely and efficiently.

I have been able to demonstrate my ability to operate all types of equipment safely and efficiently.

I have currently been involved with test and development, testing with, LMT, OHT, TTT,Blades and Buckets , Motor Graders,Hydraulic shovels, Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS).

I am certified ISO Break and steering testing.

775 Kinetic Ride Characterization (OMLA).

I have completed and passed my Drone Polit license for TPG.

I have been promoted to Test Operator III.

Also my close living conditions to the TPG property makes it very easy for me to stay and work late or in emergency's come in on the weekends to work at a moments notice.

I currently work with all product groups and am a well rounded operator that can work and be used for any task.

Conducted technical and customer meetings to increase communications and strengthen internal and external relationships.

Managed day-to-day storage equipment administration to ensure optimal system asset application.

Managed and conducted all of the Heavy Equipment operations.

Negotiated contracts with vendors to achieve optimal performance within budget parameters.

Maximized customer satisfaction through effective operational management in accordance with all quality standards and customer requirements.

I started with the family business operating small equipment and helping with the bidding of projects.

Over the years i was exposed to all sorts of different projects that included equipment operating,concrete work,road construction,iron work,drilling,blasting and many ranching activities.
