jogging

Years ago I picked up jogging as a way to stay in good physical health. Once I began incorporating  jogging part of my exercise routine I quickly realized the benefits jogging had done to improved my physical  health. I learned quickly  it became a tool I used for my self-care. My profession has a high rate of burn-out. My self-care is important,so I will be able to help my clients overcome the struggles they face in their daily lives. Jogging is my way of taking care of me.

You read something which you thought only happened to you, and you discover that it happened 100 years ago to Dostoyevsky. This is a very great liberation for the suffering, struggling person, who always thinks that he is alone. This is why art is important.
