I bring 24 years of experience in the plumbing trade, progressing through every major field and leadership role in the industry. I began my career as a helper, working closely with my foreman to learn the fundamentals of the trade and understand the full scope of plumbing systems and installation practices.
I advanced to Plumbing Installer, where I installed domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping systems both above and below grade, along with fixtures and plumbing equipment. After demonstrating strong technical ability and reliability, I was promoted to Foreman, overseeing crews ranging from 2 to 10 team members depending on project size. In this role, I ensured complete, code‑compliant, fully functional plumbing systems from the ground up.
I later moved into the Field Supervisor position, where I was responsible for ensuring all projects met deadlines, adhered to code requirements, and were delivered turnkey‑ready for clients. From there, I transitioned into estimating, performing detailed project takeoffs—initially from paper plans and eventually through digital estimating platforms.
I currently serve as the Director of Estimating, overseeing the entire estimating department and ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely bids. In addition to my primary roles, I have stepped in as a Project Manager when needed, successfully guiding projects to completion.

- Established departmental guidelines to support growth, efficiency, and improved bid performance.
- Oversaw full operation and administration of estimating software to ensure optimal functionality.
