Summary
My Caterpillar career began in Mapleton as a molding specialist where I learned multiple aspects of mold line operations. Following my time at the foundry, I held various support positions within Customer Service Solutions (Peoria LC facility). These assignments ranged from parts and service information development to HR support, event coordination, organizational support and recruiting. I moved to the Commercial Processes Division within Energy and Transportation in 2011 (Mossville AC) and have worked with quote to order systems for dealers ordering engines and gensets. For the past 7 years, I’ve been in the Sr. Account Coordinator role, working directly with North American Caterpillar dealers, Cat manufacturing facilities and sales reps. I provide dealer direct order support for Large Power Systems, Electric Power, Industrial, Marine, Oil and Gas and Rail. For the next phase of my Caterpillar journey, a move into a position that utilizes my extensive company background would be a natural progression.
