Throughout my 25 years at Honeywell Int., I have taken on a lot of roles. I have, on a regular basis, taken on a Group Leader role as a backup Group Leader. As a Plant Steward, I was able to work with both Honeywell and the Union, one-on-one and in group settings in meetings with Human Resources, Managers, and Supervisors. Communication with department group leaders and supervisors on a daily basis to inform them of the progress with their equipment was a must. I have created many Excel spreadsheets to help with time reduction in different jobs within the Instrument Lab. I have helped with improvement processes for the Instrument Lab, including procedure writing. As a Freemason, I have been the leader of my lodge as the Worshipful Master. I have helped with and organized various community service programs in a group setting. One of the programs that I have helped with is the Free Child ID program that was done during the South Saint Paul Kaposia Days, and our Lodge also helped all South Saint Paul students in need by providing a free backpack with all necessities that are needed for the entire school year. I'm also a black belt in martial arts (Korean style taekwondo), and I sometimes help with assistant instruction when asked to help with instruction in learning new forms and moves.
