Hi! I was born and grew up in Turkey. I graduated from Manisa Celal Bayar University, Department of Bioengineering as of June 2022. My graduate is internationally accredited. During my undergraduate education, I had the opportunity to do an internship at 2 different companies. Thanks to my internship experiences, I had the opportunity to add a lot to myself, from human relations to professional experience. During my internship at the Aegean Agricultural Research Institute, I gained experience in the use of devices according to general laboratory rules and the analysis and suitability of agricultural products. This is an official institution affiliated with the state. Here, it decides the suitability of agricultural products grown in the country or imported from abroad as a result of the analyzes. During my internship at Ferrero, I had the opportunity to work on product improvement and development by being more involved in production. Ferrero is a global company of Italian origin and an international chocolate manufacturer. (Nutella, Kinder, Rocher, Raffaello etc.) Here, the compliance of the product with quality standards was one of the most important criteria. I had the opportunity to work with different departments, especially the technology department, production department, R&D and quality department. Afterwards, I wanted to create a new challenge for myself by continuing my experiences in production in a different field. I worked in the sales department of Eco-Agri, an international German food company. I provided R&D support to many companies. I contributed to my skills in communication, problem solving, presentation, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented communication with people. I traveled to companies individually or with my teammates, provided raw material supply and R&D support, emphasized quality compliance, and tried to expand my network as much as possible. In this way, I provided the opportunity to have a different work experience in an organizational sense with the sales department, not just by taking on a role in the operational field.
I started living in United States as of April 2024. I believe that I will add more to myself with the new experiences I will gain, and that I will be beneficial to the company I work for thanks to my dedication and determination.
