Brotherhood of Christian Aggie's

The goal of BCA pledgeship is to help guide and shape the potential new members into Men of God that are equipped and prepared to be leaders for the rest of their lives. This role provided as much or more significance to my professional development as my work history. Through BCA, I had the opportunity to sharpen my leadership skills, learned organization and project planning skills, developed training and Bible study materials and more.

  • Pledge Dad: An elected position, as pledge dad, I led and mentored a group of 5 men in both my sophomore and junior year.
  • Pledge Trainer: In my senior year, I led a group of 30 new members, as well as the 6 pledge dads through the process of joining the organization and refining their character as a Christian.

Restoration Church - Bryan, Texas

  • Missional Community Group Leader: I help co-lead a small group at my church in College Station where around 20 college students gather weekly to study the Bible, as well as refine, challenge, and encourage each other in life.
