CITATION- "Meritorious service from June, 2016 through September, 2019. Consistently performed demanding duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner. Successfully attained 23 officer candidates, which was 33 percent of his station's goal.
Led Navy Officer Recruiting Station Lubbock to attain 68 officer candidates, increasing his station's attainment and application submission by 200 percent. Chief Dexter supervised a contingent of NRD Dallas personnel in providing humanitarian relief to the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Texas.
His efforts included transporting and distributing over 6,000 pounds of supplies donated by residents of the West Texas area."
