  • Negotiations Facilitator, On behalf of the USD 418 BOE, served to organize and lead the negotiations process with the local bargaining unit. Developed rapport with MEA leadership. Supported the work necessary to ratify an agreement during contentious year with a budget deficit.
  • Adaptive Schools, Completed Adaptive Schools training during the 2023-2024 school year. Knowledge from this training directly supports the work of our PLC and walkthrough processes.
  • Kagan Cooperative Learning Coach and District Team Facilitator, Received Kagan Level One training in 2002 and Coach's training in 2011 (among other Kagan specific trainings), facilitate USD 460 coach's meetings, provide staff training in USD 460, and coach at the building level.
  • Responsibility Centered Discipline Leader and Trainer, Served as a trainer for staff members from multiple school districts across Kansas, along with internal training for USD 460.
