  • Was responsible for serving as the Technical Lead in support of the AT&T Global Account (Sales) Teams across the breadth of AT&T products and services
  • Served as a member of the direct account team and supported several teams simultaneously
  • Served in a Consultant’s role for customers
  • The work effort was both pre- and post-sale
  • Was responsible for Opportunity technical qualification, AT&T product/service solution mapping and solution design, and AT&T technical review and approval for services and integrated service solutions
  • Internally, served as a regular member of several steering committees within the AT&T Technical Marketing group and was part of several technical design review teams
  • Received 3 promotions during my tenure
  • In 2022, I was the Lead SE for the high-profile effort surrounding the separation of Warner Brothers from AT&T with the sale of same to my customer Discovery Communications
  • I retired from AT&T in October 2022.

Accomplishments

AT&T Gold Club - 2000


Wins are numerous and included the design and deployment of all communication services for US Internetworking Inc. (USI), one of the first companies to offer hosted application access via the Internet. Services included Fiber rings, MPLS WAN, Internet trunking, Managed router service and Managed Security services.


Other wins include:

  • SplitRock Systems - the first AT&T ATM Service sold in Mid-Markets, to support redesign of AOL Dial Internet Access network for deployment and management by SplitRock.


  • Arrowhead Systems – MPLS WAN in support of the Department of Homeland Defense
