Spearhead Operationally the First Micro Fulfillment Center (MFC) in a Meijer Store.

• Financial Forecasting for first year totaling a multi-million-dollar adjustments to the sales plan for house store.
• Business Process Improvements including, auditing, forecasting, invoicing and financial analysis for Profit and Loss Statement. Dropping known loss from 35K to less than 5K per period with improvements.
• Developed and implemented a plan to increase customer, product induction and sales into a small format Meijer owned thrifty store.
• Increased budget for extra loads and more processing power that helped increase Sales Per Labor Hour (SPLH) and sales to more than 1.5x within a matter of 2 months.
• Analytical skills helped show on the Profit and Loss Statements that by adding sales and labor it emptied the Distribution Centers causing a complete and correct count of inventories adding 1 million dollars to the stores bottom line during a 6-month time frame.
