I have achieved so much with Prime Communications. I have honed and sharpened many of my existing skills through Prime. Most would assume that what I do is just clerk a little sales store. But I can assure any future employers that this is not the case with me. Throughout my two years at prime I have went above and beyond to reach MSQ, and maximize my earning potential. At my job, I sell. My stores location does not in the slightest have the best clientele, or the most foot traffic. Its not like I can move the store. So what do I do? I leave the store and hit the neighborhoods and local businesses searching for the next deal. Because of my foot traffic dilemma, I have become extremely comfortable talking with business owners, and getting out of my comfort zone, successfully turning an unfortunate situation into unlimited opportunity. When my store is slow, I make any kind of sales call you can think of, cold, warm, hot, FREEZING. I have learned to achieve success with any type of customer, and bring the money home. Before year one with Prime was complete, I learned to personally create lasting relationships with businesses and our community, which led to neighborhood wide events and in some cases, apartment communities with 300+ potential customers. While I am describing my position, I can assure you that this is not the typical job description for a RSA at Prime Communications. I put in the work, and I sell. I entered the sales world because I am confident in myself, and my ability to achieve greatness. Prime has been good to me. But as of all of my accomplishments, the only person I have to thank is myself. I am hoping to move on to greater things, and advance to the next step of my sales journey as I have outgrown being restricted to a retail sales store. I am ready to face any challenge head on. And I will see to it that I excell in any role.
