Qualifications

  • Supervised squads of seven to ten employees starting as a lead communications operator in January of 2021. Duties include monitoring calls and radio traffic on a monthly basis, writing PMGs, enforcing discipline when necessary, submitting payroll, and encouraging employee growth.
