- I worked with inmates in the detention facility from 2016-2018.
- I worked night shift patrol from 2018 through 2020.
- From 2020-2022 I was the School Resource Officer at Northwest Cabarrus Middle School. During my time there I dealt with a very intense behavior focus class that allowed me to learn how to deal with situations involving children with anger issues.
- From 2022 to the present, I have served as the School Resource Officer at Mount Pleasant High School. During this time, I have dealt with bomb threats, active shooter threats via social media, angry parents, as well as planning security events, such as varsity football games, pulling in multiple law enforcement officers and creating a safety plan for each event.
