I regularly participate in cardiovascular training and strength conditioning to support both physical fitness and overall wellness. I also have a passion for boxing and competitive training, which has helped develop my discipline, perseverance, and ability to remain composed under pressure. Outside of fitness, I enjoy outdoor recreational activities such as motocross riding, operating wave runners during the summer, and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
