Tyler Douglas

I worked with an experienced mitigation team, we did mostly water jobs. I learned all I could from them and by the end of my first year they offered me a raise and lead tech title, I held the field down solo while everyone was out. Taking on multiple water losses at once all by myself as my first real leading experience.

I worked here as a lead for about a year. I was less experienced than everyone here but I kept up. Holding down multiple contracts with big time corporations, and some government jobs. Hospitals, circle k's, and residential tpa jobs. We slowed down so they had to let people go.

Worked as a representative for target insured the store was working properly auditing, making features and also talking to customers about products either in person or through transfered phone calls

Worked on a family business doing HVAC, real hard work, gave me a lot of grit and some experience in other areas.
