Tyler Hernandez

I jumped into the workforce when I was 15 and never looked back. Every job I held I always exceeded expectations and worked well with others. I have been with the Yankees organization for 8 years now and it is due to my ability to go above and beyond what is expected of me. I have received three promotions with the organization since I began in 2015. My personality and attention to detail sets me apart from other employees. The experiences and lessons I have learned in the workplace have helped me develop the people skills and communication skills that it takes to be a successful attorney. The humble beginnings I have come from make me a resilient force when it comes to overcoming adversity and has enabled me with a much more realistic representation of how the world, and the people in it, function in our society. My investments in my education, work, and health motivate me to stay consistent and take every opportunity I am given to learn from my mentors and apply what I have learned into my life.
