Summary

My goal in ministry is to teach and equip people to grow in their personal walk with Christ. As they go into their families, workplaces, communities, and everyday lives, my desire is to see them live in a way that reflects the character and love of Christ.

The priority of my calling is to lead people into a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. From there, I am committed to helping them understand what a growing relationship with Christ looks like through spiritual formation, obedience, and faithfulness. Finally, I seek to help individuals recognize that God desires to use them for His purposes and to discern how their gifts, passions, and calling can be used for the work of the Kingdom.

Discipleship is central to my ministry philosophy. I believe discipleship provides a space to model what a Christ-centered life looks like while walking alongside others in intentional relationships. Through discipleship, people are given the opportunity to ask questions, wrestle with faith, and grow in ways that are often not possible in larger group settings. I am deeply committed to the discipleship model as a primary means of spiritual growth and maturity in the lives of those I serve.
